Cancellation & Refund Policy -

1. General ADAMSTUDIO (hereinafter: "the Website") operates in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations thereunder. This policy regulates the terms for canceling transactions and returning products purchased through the website.

2. Right to Cancel & Timeframes According to Israeli law, a customer may cancel a transaction for the purchase of clothing and textiles from the date of purchase until 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the transaction disclosure document (whichever is later).

• Note: Persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants (Olim Hadashim) may cancel a transaction within four months of the transaction date, provided that the engagement included a conversation (including chat) between the business and the consumer.

3. Conditions for Returns A return will be accepted only if the product has not been damaged, has not been used, and is returned in its original packaging with all tags (including brand labels and silicon/textile tags) attached exactly as received.

4. Cancellation Fees

• Cancellation due to "Change of Mind" (Non-defective): In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

• Cancellation due to Defect: In the event of cancellation due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy with the specifications presented on the website, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the customer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. How to Submit a Cancellation Notice A cancellation notice can be submitted via one of the following methods:

6. Refunds The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice and the physical return of the product to our studio, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

• Please Note: For credit card transactions, an additional clearing fee charged by the credit card company may be deducted from the refund if the transaction has already been processed.

7. Shipping Costs In the case of a "Change of Mind" return, the shipping cost for returning the product to the studio shall be borne by the customer. If the customer requests a pickup service on behalf of the website, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
